I have available a big room with private bath in a beautiful apt in San Giovanni area , close to stazione Tuscolana and metro A Piazza Re di Roma.
The building is in front a park (Piazza di Villa Fiorelli) so is very quite and closed to traffic.
The house have a big dining room with kitchen, table and sofa,a second room and a second bath and two gardens, the house is very pretty.
The room have a private phone number and internet fast connection,desk, double bed and closet.
In the house there are a complete kitchen, iron table and iron, washing machine,microwave...
If you need I can give you also bedshhets and towels, blanckett..
You must share with other girl ( very pretty and quite girl, she works )only the dining room and the washing machine.
The rent is 700 euro without electricity and phone, but include water , heating and internet.
