I was thinking of doing it, but then I read many negative stories about it on the internet, ie that whitening damages the enamel because they use hydrogen peroxide bleach on the teeth.

If you have decided to do it, then I think any good dentist can do it for you, but I am sure it is not cheap and it is not covered by medical insurance.

yes I am a bit torn. am getting very mixed opinions from my googling. And as you say - not cheap!
